The Game Day Squad
The emphasis of the Game Day Squad is to have fun and keep fit at the same time. This squad does not enter competitions, but cheers for the Southampton Stags American Football team.
We accompany the Stags to their weekly Sunday games, both home and away, throughout the year and are always there to support them and cheer them on. New routines are taught every week at training which consist of dance, stunts and jumps.
There are no requirements for joining the Game Day Squad, but we do expect the same level of commitment and enthusiasm as the other squads.
